Cool looking boots - I love these boots. I own a pair in brown and I ordering a black pair for Christmas. I like the fit, the look, the low heel. They do run big (1/2 to 1 size bigger), I'm a 9 but I had to return them and reorder them on an 8; by the way, zappos return process is smooth, they send you a shipping bill and you send back the shoes and that's it.
