Didn't get what I paid for! These shoes actually ripped the very first time they were worn. I would not encourage anyone else to purchase them. I was very disappointed in the quality.
Did not settle - Usually I have to settle for D width shoes and figure out how to make them work. The Park Avenues in C width were perfect. The only reason for 4 stars for comfort is because they are dress shoes with hard soles. These shoes are expensive, but they are also well built and beautiful.
DH Loves these Boots - I tried to save some money this year and I ordered the Old Friend boot instead of Uggs for my DH for Christmas. He goes through a pair of Uggs every two years and he is really hard on his shoes. He loves these boots more than his Uggs. They ran about a 1/2 size small and he has been wearing socks, which he prefers in the winter. We live in a warm climate and most people wear similar style boots all year round. The sole is has a heavier construction than Uggs and so far the boots are wearing well. I think I will stick with this brand and see if they hold up. I am going to order a pair for myself in black. I wish the women's shoes didn't have the ?OF? logo on the back of the boot.
Despite the comments from other reviewers, these ran true to size for me. Unfortunately, they have to go back. There is not a big enough toe box, so there is no support for the front of my foot. Too bad, because it had a wedge, which is perfect for support and comfort and the style was nice. I don\'t like shoes that show \'toe cleavage\' and I thought it was odd that this style of shoe would do that.
Desert or Cloud, take your pick. Lightweight, all-day comfort, make for the perfect urban footwear. My orthotics are not crowded, and I am glad these shoes aren't overstuffed with padding that wears out before the rest of the shoe does. Highly recommended.
Dellwood Birch-Artisan Collection is true to size for me at my usual 6.5 M. COMFORTABLE! This shoe is also great with slacks for the office. Nice with jeans, too, is a great alternative to pumps, and a great walking loafer. WHITE tennis shoes belong in the gym. Replace your white tennis shoes with this to do errands, or shopping at the mall. You had no idea that those white tennis shoes really are hideous! With fashion/comfort, one usually sacrifices one or the other. Not with this shoe.
